Due to amalgamation of CB Management Services Private Limited with MUFG Intime India Private Limited with effect from 8th May, 2026 basis the order of Regional Director, MUFG Intime India Private Limited shall act as the Registrar and share transfer agent of the Company in place of CB Management Services Private Limited.
