Intimation of Closure of Trading Window for the Quarter ended 31st December 2024, the 'Trading Window' of the Company shall remain closed for trading in company's securities by Designated Persons, Connected Persons as defined in the aforesaid 'Code of Conducts' and immediate relative thereof from 01st January 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2024.
