Sur Dhara Circle, Thaltej Road, B/H Driven Cinema, Tulip Bunglow Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Thaltej Road, Ahmedabad - 380 054, which commenced at 03:40 P.M. and concluded at 04:00 P.M. have considered and approved receipt of 3rd Tranche of consideration for allotment of 52,63,000 Convertible Warrants ('Warrants') issued at a price of Rs. 5.51/- each (including a premium of Rs. 4.51/- each) for cash consideration to the person(s)/entity(ies) belonging to 'Non-Promoter Category' on a preferential basis in accordance with provisions of Chapter V of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018.
