('the Company') is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at IST 2.00 PM at the Registered Office of the Company at G-15, Ground Floor, Premkutir, 177 Marine Drive, Mumbai 400020, inter alia, to consider, approve and adopt Unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for quarter ended June 30, 2025. Further, we would like to inform you that as per the Code of Conduct of the Company and pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company had intimated its ''Designated Persons'' that the 'Trading Window' would remain closed from July 1, 2025, till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of said Financial Results of the Company i.e. upto August 16, 2025 (both days inclusive).
