In terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the 'Listing Regulations'), the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, October 17, 2024, has considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024.
