This is to inform that during the half year ended 31.03.2025, the Company has raised funds through preferential allotment of equity shares pursuant to conversion of warrants into Equity Shares (i.e. realization of the remaining 75% of the amount at the time of conversion). Further, we confirm that there has been no deviation or variation in the use of proceeds raised from the said preferential issue.
