This is to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. on Friday, 14th day of February, 2025, which commenced at 12.30 P.M. and concluded at 04.00 P.M. have considered and approved the following items placed before the meeting :- 1. The Board have considered and approved the opening of current account of the M/s Shelter Infra Projects Limited with Punjab & Sind Bank. 2. The Board have considered and approved the loan application to be submitted to Punjab & Sind Bank with respect to grant of credit facility to the Company. In relation to which the Board have authorised Mr. Kamal Kishore Chowdhury and Mr. Sankalan Datta, both directors of the Company to jointly to execute loan agreement and other necessary documents and to indulge with all relevant matters in connection with the credit facility to be taken from Punjab & Sind Bank .
