This is to inform you that, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Specified Connected Persons of the Company of the Company the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain Closed for all insiders including Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from April 01, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2024.
