In accordance with the company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders , adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 20215, SEBI (Prohibition and Insider Trading) Amendment Regulations, 2018, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company is closed for the designated persons from 01st April, 2024 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results i.e up to 01st June (both days inclusive). The Trading window will resume from 02nd June.
