Intimation for closure of Trading window as per SEBI PIT Regulations, Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all the officers and designated employees with effect from 01 April, 2025, till 48 hours after the declaration on Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2025.
