This is with reference to captioned subject, we hereby inform you that as per the Company''s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and amended from time to time, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Monday 1st April, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 4th quarter ended 31st March,2024. During the aforesaid closed Trading Window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall not trade in the Company''s Share/Securities.
