Further, as per the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been kept closed from 1st July 2026 and shall remain closed until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the said financial results on 14th August 2026.
