We hereby inform you that as per Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and amended from time-to-time, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Monday, 1st July 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended 30th June 2024. During the aforesaid closed Trading Window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personal, Promoters, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall not trade in the Company''s Shares/Securities.
