We hereby inform that as per Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulation, 2015 and amended from time to time, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday 1st October 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter ended 30th September, 2024. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Promotors, Designated Partners and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall not trade in the Company''s Shares/Securities.
