The Board of Directors of the Company recomended a dividend of Rs.18/- (180%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each on 4413300 equity shares of the Company, for the Financial year 2024-25, subject to the approval of members at the ensuing 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
