This is to inform you that the Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench has pronounced Order on November 11, 2024 (which was uploaded on on NCLT website on November 19, 2024) sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation of Pious Engineering Private Limited with the Company.
