Camex Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. To consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended on September 30, 2025 as per IND-AS along with Limited Review Report to be issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company in pursuance of Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015. 2. To increase the Authorised Share Capital of the Company and consequential amendment in Clause V of the Memorandum of Association of the Company; subject to approval of Shareholders of the Company. 3. Subject to receipt of recommendation from Audit Committee of the Company, to approve to enter into Material Related Party Transaction for availing the Corporate Guarantee as well as availing Security from Camex Speciality Private Limited being a related party upto Rs.50.00 Crores; subject to approval of shareholders of the Company. 4. Any other Business with the approval of Board of Directors.
