The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and connected persons (as defined in the code) w.e.f. Monday, July, 01, 2024 for the purpose of Consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024.
