This is to inform that Mr. Sreedhar Nagaraju, Non-Excecutive Independent Director has resigned from the office, as his registration with the IDDB has expired on 2nd April, 2025 and due to his other commitments he is unable to continue the registration. The Resignation is effective from 3rd April, 2025.
