To consider, approve and take on records the Audited Financial Statements and Auditor's Report of the Company for the Quarter and Financial year ended on 31st March, 2026. 2. To recommend the Final Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2025-26. 3. Any other matter with permission of Chairman.
