Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, the 30th day of May, 2022 at 2:30 P.M. at the Registered office of the Company situated at R-4, Unit - 102 First Floor, Khirki Extn., Main Road, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017, Inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record of the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022 and any other matter with the permission of the chair. Further, trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by the directors/officers/designated persons of the company shall remain closed with effect from April 1 2022 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2022 in pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
