Candour Techtex Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022 along with Limited Review Reports to be issued by the Statutory Auditor of the Company. As informed vide our letter dated December 30, 2022, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company that was closed for all Designated Persons from January 01,2023, shall continue to remain closed till completion of 48 hours after the financial results are uploaded online on the portal of the Stock Exchanges.
