This is to inform you that, The RTA of the Company has been changed from existing M/s. Canbank Computer Services Limited to M/s. BgSE Financials Limited. Further, in terms of Regulation 7 of the listing Regulations, a tripartite agreement ("Agreement") between the Company, Canbank Computer Services Limited (previous RTA) & BgSE Financial Services Limited (new RTA) will be executed in due course and shall be intimated to the stock exchange accordingly.
