We wish to inform that in pursuance to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations, 2015 and the code of conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 01 January 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 31 December 2024.
