As per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, and the internal code for Prevention of Insider Trading as adopted by the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities/shares of the Company shall remain closed with effect from Tuesday, 1st July 2025 for the Designated Persons(including, Promoters, Directors, Auditors, Key Managerial Persons & their immediate relatives). The Trading window will open 48 hours after declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025, made available to the public and submitted with the stock exchange.
