Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Ventive Hospitality Meeting, at its meeting held on December 23, 2025, approved the issuance of Corporate Guarantee in favour of ICICI Bank Limited to secure the Credit facilities to be availed by Kudakurathu Island Resorts Private Limited, a subsidiary of the Company.
