Pursuant to provisions of the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 read with Code on Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors, KMP, Designated Employees, their immediate relatives and other connected persons from 01st July, 2024 till the end of 48 hours post the date of declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024.
