Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 29th August, 2023 to 4th September, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on Monday, 4th September, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means.
