In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, (PIT Regulations) and as per the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for Designated persons and their immediate relatives as defined under PIT Regulations and the said code from Wednesday, January 01, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2024.
