Palaniappan (DIN: 00645994), Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company, vide his letter dated June 1, 2023, has tendered his resignation and is stepping down from the Board of the Company with effect from June 1, 2023, due to pre-occupation with other work and assignments at this point of time.
