SURAJ PRODUCTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/11/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Update on board meeting we have intimated you vide our letter dated 24.10.2024 about Board Meeting to be held on Monday, 4th November, 2024 to consider, adopt & approve the Unaudited Financial Statement for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2024. In addition to that, Board will also consider following business: 1. To discuss/ finalize the proposal for incorporating a wholly owned subsidiary in UAE to produce Green Iron & Steel. 2. If the above is approved, to approve acquisition of Land at ICAD 3 in Abu Dhabi on Lease basis.
