With reference to the captioned subject and on the basis of intimation given by the Acquirer namely, Mr. Sanjivkumar N. Patel, being son of Late Shri Narayanbhai G. Patel and Promoter of Patels Airtemp (India) Limited (Target Company-TC) on 2nd September, 2024, we hereby disclose that said Acquirer has acquired by way of Transmission 227,776 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each representing 4.16% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of Target Company-TC.
