Ventura Textiles Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve To Consider ; 1) A proposal to reduce the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company to eliminate the accumulated losses of the Company to the extent possible; and 2) Further issue of Shares by way of Sweat Equity Shares and Issue of Shares to third parties on Preferential basis.
