Gujarat Natural Resources Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/07/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1) Appointment of Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a term of 5 (five) years commencing from F.Y. 2025-26 to the F.Y. 2029-30. 2) Approval of Borrowing Limits under Section 180 of the Companies Act, 2013. 3) Approval of Loans and Investments by the Company under Section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013. 4) Approval of Board's Report along with all Annexures. 5) Convening of the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company and approving draft Notice thereof and determining book closure dates for the purpose of AGM and cut-off date for e-voting and e-voting period. 6) Appointment of Scrutinizer to scrutinize the e-voting process in a fair and transparent manner for the purpose of 34th AGM. 7) Any other item with the permission of the chair.
