BALASORE ALLOYS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 13th February, 2020, inter-alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2019. Further, the Trading window of the Company has already been closed from commencement of the quarter i.e. from Wednesday, 1st January, 2020 till (the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2019) i.e. Saturday, 15th February, 2020 (both days inclusive).
