BALASORE ALLOYS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/06/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and subject to relaxation provided by SEBI vide its Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/38 dated 19.03.2020, we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 30th June, 2020, inter-alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter & financial year ended on 31st March, 2020. Further, the Trading window of the Company has already been closed from commencement of the quarter i.e. from Wednesday, 1st April, 2020 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter & financial year ended on 31st March, 2020.
