Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulation, 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 10th December, 2024 have considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Satish Kumar Gupta as an Additional Director designated as a Non- Executive Independent Director of the Company.
