Pursuant to provision of Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Reg, 2015, the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was held today i.e Wednesday, 12th November, 2025 at the registered office of the Company to inter alia consider and approve the Unaudited Financial results for the quarter and half year ended as on 30th September, 2025 and Limited Review Report thereon.
