Commodity Trading & Distribution company TCC Concept announced Q1FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations for the Company stood at Rs 12,827.80 lakh in Q1FY27, reflecting a significant YoY growth of 480.18% from Rs 2,210.98 lakh in Q1FY26 and a QoQ increase of 52.94% from Rs 8,387.25 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Income reached Rs 13,129.62 lakh in Q1FY27, marking a YoY increase of 459.64% compared to Rs 2,346.06 lakh in Q1FY26 and a QoQ growth of 23.90% against Rs 10,597.05 lakh in Q4FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT) for Q1FY27 was reported at Rs 1,202.61 lakh, representing a YoY decline of 10.67% from Rs 1,346.34 lakh in Q1FY26, but a QoQ increase of 95.41% from Rs 615.42 lakh in Q4FY26. Net Profit for the period after tax stood at Rs 1,264.50 lakh in Q1FY27, showcasing a YoY increase of 34.26% from Rs 941.80 lakh in Q1FY26, while recording a QoQ decline of 59.18% compared to Rs 3,097.89 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Comprehensive Income for the period was Rs 1,262.05 lakh in Q1FY27, a YoY growth of 34.00% from Rs 941.80 lakh in Q1FY26 and a QoQ decrease of 59.54% from Rs 3,119.42 lakh in Q4FY26. The Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) for Q1FY27 was Rs 2.58, compared to Rs 2.64 in Q1FY26 and Rs 6.14 in Q4FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations for Q1FY27 was Rs 1,712.36 lakh, showing a YoY growth of 58.91% from Rs 1,077.54 lakh in Q1FY26 and a QoQ decline of 15.44% from Rs 2,024.95 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Income for the quarter was reported at Rs 1,849.06 lakh, up by 53.01% YoY from Rs 1,208.42 lakh in Q1FY26, while declining by 14.74% QoQ from Rs 2,168.76 lakh in Q4FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT) reached Rs 1,433.03 lakh in Q1FY27, representing a YoY increase of 56.22% from Rs 917.31 lakh in Q1FY26 and a QoQ decline of 15.82% from Rs 1,702.37 lakh in Q4FY26. Net Profit for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 1,048.51 lakh, a YoY growth of 52.89% from Rs 685.80 lakh in Q1FY26 and a QoQ decrease of 16.53% against Rs 1,256.18 lakh in Q4FY26. The Standalone EPS for Q1FY27 was Rs 2.21, compared to Rs 1.92 in Q1FY26 and Rs 2.64 in Q4FY26. Business Highlights: Segment-wise Performance: Consumer Tech: This segment emerged as the largest contributor with a revenue of Rs 8,633.80 lakh in Q1FY27. The segment result (profit before tax and interest) stood at Rs 418.18 lakh. Rental & Leasing of Equipment: Reported a revenue of Rs 1,862.70 lakh in Q1FY27 with a segment profit of Rs 261.35 lakh. Brokerage & Other Services: Generated a revenue of Rs 1,806.50 lakh in Q1FY27 and achieved a segment profit of Rs 1,438.47 lakh. Information Technology: Revenue for this segment was Rs 524.80 lakh in Q1FY27, while it recorded a segment loss of Rs 65.22 lakh. Fundraising by Subsidiary: During the quarter ended Q1FY27, Pepperfry Limited, a material subsidiary of the Company, raised Rs 1,561.26 lakh through the allotment of 3,99,299 equity shares on a preferential basis at an issue price of Rs 391 per equity share. Tax Asset Recognition: Pepcart Logistics Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, recognised deferred tax assets and corresponding deferred tax income amounting to Rs 443.45 lakh in Q1FY27 in respect of carried forward losses, based on revised business plans and expected operational improvements.
