B D Bansal, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024, which have been duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee. The meeting of the Board commenced at 12:30 p.m. and concluded at 02:30 p.m.
