As per the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Tuesday, April 1, 2025 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2025.
