Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), 2015, this is to inform you that the meeting of Rights Issue Oversight Committee of Board of Directors of the Company held on 04th July, 2025 has inter alia decided to send the third reminder letter for payment of first and final call money of Rs. 3.50/- on 50,630 partly paid up shares aggregating to Rs. 1,77,205/-along with interest at the rate of 12% p.a.
