Reg 15(2) of SEBI LODR Reg,2015 - the above mentioned provisions shall not be applicable to our Company as the paid up share capital is less than Rs.10 Crs and Net Worth of the Company is less than 25 crs as on 31.03.2025. Hence, therefore is not required to submit Disclsoure of the Related Party Transactions as per Reg 23(9) of SEBI LODR Reg 2015.
