The Company has received an intimation from it''s subsidiary, Aeroflex Neu Limited (Formerly known as Sah Polymers Limited), regarding the allotment of 72,00,000 convertible warrants at Rs.90/- each. The warrants were issued to promoters and non promoters under Chapter V of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018 for business expansion and growth. Out of the above, the Company has subscribed to 36,00,000 convertible warrants on a preferential basis.
