The trading window of trading in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Insiders including Designated Partners and their immediate relatives of the Company with effect from Tuesday, July 01, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
