This is further to our letter dated September 02, 2025, wherein the Company has submitted its Annual Report for the Financial Year 2024-25, for the 52nd Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 2:00 P.M at the registered office of the Company at Falta SEZ, Sector-II, Near Pump House No. 3, Village & Mouza-Akalmegh, Dist.-24 Parganas (S)-743504, West Bengal. In this regard, this is to inform you that date of Meeting of Stakeholders Relationship Committee held during the year was inadvertently omitted in page no 34, which is now inserted and shall read as follows: "During the year under review, the Stakeholders Relationship Committee met on 13th February, 2025." Please note that apart from the corrections mentioned above, there are no other changes in the Annual Report for the F.Y. 2024-25 and the said corrections have no impact on the financial statements of Company for the year ended March 31, 2025.
