In furtherance to our letter ICL/DS/2026-27/333 dated August 14, 2026, we would like to inform that the members of the Company at the 53rd Annual General Meeting held on September 24, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Shri Sunit Mehra (DIN: 00359482) as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a second term of 5 (Five) consecutive years commencing from September 25, 2026 to September 24, 2031.
