Further, as intimated to the Exchange vide Letter dated 26th September, 2025 and in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders,, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter ended 30th September, 2025
