In terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated persons and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all Designated persons of the Company , including their immediate relatives from Sunday, 1st October, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2023.
