Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the outcome of Board meeting held on May 28, 2025 to consider and recommend inter-alia the final dividend for the FY 2024-25 at Rs.1/- per equity share, subject to further approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
